They said they would provide a specific high quality material and change a pattern slightly. After they received the deposit the stories and excuses started. Long story short, they refused a refund so i was stuck with lower quality materials. To top it off, the work was terrible. They dodn’t use staples everywhere, so glued parts came undone. There were air bubbles and poorly folded material. The work was pathetic.
