  I presented Jason with my wife's desktop that had become a boat anchor. Since we are in real estate, computers are essential to our business. We have two others but with several iterations none were networked anymore. Jason took our "boat anchor" desktop and transformed it into a viable business tool once again. No hiccups, no jamming, no freezing. And the best part, once back in our office he networked into our computers and they now all talk to each other so sharing files we are working on in real time is a breeze. Kudos to Jason and Onsite Computer. He will be doing our system maintenance from now onward. Sten Tallarida Future Home Realty

  This place is a joke! They charge up front. They are unable to repair your computer if it's actually anything serious. They will tell you your computer is fixed but it won't be. If you complain they will ask you to call some guy named Mark. Mark will lie to you and talk down to you and use your insufficient knowledge of computers to double talk you and try to make you feel as though it must be you. They will accuse you of not knowing how to hook up your computer. In other words, it's never their fault, there's always an excuse. "Mark" told me that they charge $240 to reinstall Windows. WHY? Windows 7 Professional is $99 for a disc. Also BEWARE they have the whole front lobby of their store wired with cameras and microphones. They probably have a sign somewhere saying that the cameras are there but I don't remember seeing it and was never told that I was being recorded. Recording audio without permission is illegal. Threatening to use this audio against you is also illegal. This place is a complete ripoff! If you value your computer and your hard earned cash don't go to this joke of a computer repair shop. Positive reviews must be written by family and friends because this place and it's employees do substandard work (if you can even call it that) at ridiculously inflated prices.If you have a REAL computer problem this place is completely INCAPABLE of fixing it. Of course, if you talk to Mark (over the phone) he will be happy to re-fix it for another $120. Liars and con-artists is what you will get at On-Site Computer! "UPDATE" - Unsure of who this "Preston Miller" is but as usual these clowns have got it wrong. Just another reason not use these ripoff artists. The fact that they go out of their way to try and place the blame on the customer in a lengthy internet "come-back" is another. Face it...you guys are a joke, you can't fix computers and you treat customers like trash. You take people's money without fixing their computer then when they complain about you, you mount some kind of internet assault on their character to try and convince the rest of us that you're the good guys. Didn't work on me and I'm guessing it didn't work on "Preston" either. Maybe Preston will see this and can add his own commentary about how you probably ripped him off too!
